  1. Subject: Expanded RX for the ADI AT-200  - 130-173.995 mHz

  6. NOTE!  The first step is the microprocessor master reset 
  7. and will erase ALL memories.
  8.  
  9. 1)  While pressing the Function button (F), turn the radio 
  10. on.  Display will show all figures.  Release the (F) 
  11. button and it will read 145.00.
  12.  
  13. 2)  Turn power off.
  14.  
  15. 3)  Press 3 while turning power back on.  Display will 
  16. read 145.00 again.
  17.  
  18. 4)  Press F and 3.  Display will read 10.  Change ôSTEPö 
  19. to 05 by turning dial one click.
  20.  
  21. 5)  Press F and 9.  Display reads 00.60.  We are now going 
  22. to change it to 30.73 [50].  
  23.  
  24. 6)  While pressing the F button, rotate the dial knob 
  25. about 10 clicks counterclockwise until the display reads 
  26. 30.60.  Release the F button.  Rotate the dial clockwise 
  27. about 27 clicks until the display reads 30.73[50].  
  28.  
  29. 7)  Press F and 3 and change ôSTEPö back to 10.

  31. 8) Press F and 0.  Display reads 145.00.
  32.  
  33. 9)  Press 7.  Display reads   .   (period)
  34.  
  35. 10)  Press the numbers 3 0 7 3.
  36.  
  37. 11)  Press *.  Display reads 130.00.
  38.  
  39. 12)  Press F and 9.  Display reads 30.73[50].  Hold the F 
  40. button and turn the dial counterclockwise about 30 clicks 
  41. until display reads 00.73[50].
  42.   
  43. 13)  Release F button.  Turn dial CCW until it reads 
  44. 00.60.
  45.  
  46. 14)  Press *.  Display reads 130.00.
  47.  
  48. 15)  Turn the radio off and then back on again.  This 
  49. restores the keyboard direct frequency entry feature.   
  50. The modification is now complete.  The radio will now RX 
  51. from 130.00 to 173.995 and transmit from 144.00 to 
  52. 147.995.  Use the F and Mhz buttons to make large 
  53. frequency changes.
